Early-warning dashboard for cyclone-hit river basins. Hindcast (replay past cyclones), nowcast (recent satellite rain, BMKG warnings) and forecast (global models, ensembles, GloFAS river flow) for 12 basins.
One page per basin, three views of the same question: how much rain, and how much river flow, compared with what the basin has seen before.
- Hindcast replays Cyclone Senyar (2025), Cempaka (2017) and Seroja (2021) together with what the forecasts said at the time.
- Nowcast shows satellite rainfall of the last hours (NASA GPM IMERG) and BMKG warnings.
- Forecast gathers seven global weather models, four ensembles and 30-day GloFAS river flow, against rainfall thresholds derived for each basin.
All data are pulled live from open sources each time the page opens. New basins can be added from the page itself.
